The accommodation itself is attractive, very well-equipped and extremely spacious. With 3 large reception rooms on the ground floor as well as a sizeable catering kitchen, this is the perfect place for groups to spend a celebratory weekend or a family holiday.

On the first floor there are 13 en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate up to 32 people. The second floor has a further 6 en-suite rooms sleeping up to 15 people.

Within the grounds of, and exclusive to Knowle Manor is the indoor heated swimming pool which is housed in a separate detached building.

Within the 100 acres at Knowle you can enjoy fishing for brown trout n the river Aville, which meanders through the grounds. Practice your golf within our extensive grounds or play croquet on the lawns. For the more active we provide football, volleyball and badminton nets complete with all equipment. Alternatively Knowle is the perfect location to just relax and unwind.

Whether riding, walking or mountain biking the Exmoor wildlife is frequently seen, in fact on occasions red deer may be viewed grazing the fields and lawns at Knowle, whilst Otters, Herons and Kingfishers may be seen on our river.

Knowle is conveniently located to visit local historic sites including Dunster Castle and the ancient Tarr Steps, the idyllic thatched village of Selworthy or the bustling town of Minehead with its active nightlife. Take a ride on the West Somerset steam railway or a boat trip to the island of Lundy to view its puffins and seals, local activities include coastal, lake and river fishing, golf at near-by Minehead or any of the other local 18 hole courses.
